Medan Obama och Kinas premiärminister sitter i enskilt möte har Reinfeldt adresserat dem i plenum. Ett bra tal, eftersom större delen var lånat av Carlgrens applåderade tal i onsdags. Inget fel med det, det är EU:s ståndpunkt och det var ett bra tal. Men det märks appropå den här artikeln i Expressen där jag uttalar mig att det är Centerpartiet som driver på miljöfrågorna i regeringen.
